Blue Emergency Services Traffic Wand Compact

Description

A blue compact traffic wand with a blue flash, blue solid and white nose cone torch feature operated by a single button that cycles through each function in the order as listed.

Easy to operate with its single button operation, this wand uses 3 X AAA batteries and so is more compact than our other police traffic wands yet uses high output LED’s to make it brightest in class.

It can be used singularly or in pairs to impart directional instructions to observers whether they be pedestrians or vehicle drivers.

It’s highly compact design makes it suitable for use with some of the Klickfast range of fixing accessories, notably the Klickfast Torch Holder which allows the wand to be worn and used as a highly effective piece of illuminated PPE visible at distances up to 500M or simply stowed ready for deployment (for Traffic Officers in particular this approach can elevate their visible presence dramatically).

With a magnetic base it can be mounted to stationary metallic objects/vehicles, a length of 26 cm’s and weighing in at just 180 grams with batteries installed (batteries not incl.) makes it our most compact traffic wand.

The wand is sealed offering superior performance in adverse weather conditions and is made of resilient polycarbonate light sleeve and tough ABS handle which makes it resistant to shock and damage.

Visible at over 300 meters in the hours of darkness it is a valuable piece of emergency services kit which can help identify personnel particularly when working at a distance from their vehicles.

We have had many officers comment on how useful these are when deployed on fast highways or rural areas, carrying something as bright as one of these wands informs road users of an emergency services presence, they can also help in effective signalling at incidents and have a stand alone capability useful for identifying checkpoints etc.
