A high quality one size fits all, adjustable belt harness with integrated red and white LED’s powered by 2 X rechargeable battery packs, superbly effective in low light conditions.
We use the very latest LED technology that maximises output in a slim line design that out performs anything else we have seen available.
With 4 White LED’s to the front and 4 Red LED’s to the rear, the orientation of horse with rider can be determined by vehicle drivers at distances up to 400m.
The illuminated belt has the following independently operated settings:-
- Steady on
- Slow flash
- Rapid flash
Each independently operated side has its own rechargeable power pack and power button, so can be set according to the riders preference.
For example a horse rider may select a rapid red flashing light to the rear for maximum visible presence but a slow or steady white light to the front to save spooking their mount.
The rechargeable batteries are interchangeable and can be removed for cleaning and charging with the USB charging accessories supplied. Each battery will operate for approximately 6-8 hours between charges (subject to setting) and will recharge within 2 hours.
Adjustable, with elasticated webbing it can be worn over PPE or bulky clothing so your investment in existing kit is safeguarded. The elasticated webbing ensures a snug fit so it is less likely to flap around and snag against bushes and trees when trekking.
The material is highly reflective so promotes visibility even when the LED’s are not been used.
The LED’s sit flush within the belt, unlike many cheaper products that have protruding lights, this makes the belt comfortable to wear, should a rider fall nothing will dig into them.
A quick release clip and external power buttons make the LED belt easy to remove and operate.
