Description

Command attention in all conditions with Knightkit’s red traffic Wand, the KB20R was the first traffic wand we started to produce back in 2005, using more LED’s than other mmanufacturer’s it has become the standard basic red traffic wand of choice when high visibility is a requirement.

Engineered for ground crew, construction teams, and safety marshals, this red LED wand features red flash and red constant signalling modes, waterproof casing, and ergonomic grip for long shifts. Trusted for ferry port logistics, airport operations, and emergency response.

A red traffic wand with a red flash, red solid and white nose cone torch feature operated by a single button that cycles through each function in the order as listed.

One of our most popular items it is easy to operate and can be used singularly or in pairs to impart directional instructions to observers whether they be pedestrians, drivers, plant operators, pilots etc.

Operated by a single button the wand is easy to operate and will progress through its functions each time the button is pressed – red flash, red constant, white nose cone torch, off.

With a magnetic base it can be mounted to stationary metallic objects/vehicles and an optional tripod allows it to be deployed on ground surfaces at an elevated level and used similarly to a traffic cones but without the same bulk and weight.

With a length of 27 cm’s, belt clip and wrist lanyard it weighs in at just 280 grams with batteries installed (batteries not incl.)

The optional tripod mounting allows the traffic wand to be deployed as an emergency beacon on any surface and so has uses for emergency road demarcation lines, helicopter landing zones and road traffic incidents to name but a few possible applications. Note – remove the uniform clip before trying to mount in tripod.

The wand is sealed offering superior performance in adverse weather conditions and is made of resilient polycarbonate light sleeve and tough ABS handle which makes it resistant to shock and damage.

Ideal for traffic management at large events, on construction sites, for car parks and traffic diversions and visible at over 300 meters in the hours of darkness – a truly valuable piece of equipment which also has an effective torch feature in the nose cone too.
