The KB55B Knight Pod case set includes six rechargeable blue LED hazard lights designed specifically for police, fire, and emergency service operations. Compact, robust, and highly visible, these blue warning beacons provide rapid deployment and reliable performance in demanding environments.
Supplied in a durable carry case with both UK mains and in‑vehicle chargers, officers can deploy the lights instantly by dropping them onto a road surface or attaching them to metallic objects using the internal high‑strength magnet.
High-Output LED Performance
Each Knight Pod contains **16 blue LEDs** and offers **9 selectable flash patterns**, including rotating, quad‑flash, single‑blink, alternate flash, SOS, solid‑on high/low, and 2‑LED/4‑LED modes.
The Pods are engineered to withstand extreme handling and can survive the weight of a family saloon car driving over them. Their fully waterproof, self‑righting design ensures the LEDs remain visible regardless of how they land.
Compact Deployment for Police Vehicles
Police vehicles have limited space for traditional beacons. With six Knight Pods stored in a compact case, officers can deploy multiple lights in series to create road tapers, mark bends, highlight hazards, or provide advance warning of police presence.
Lightweight magnetic cone adapters are commonly used by police forces to mount the Pods on top of traffic cones for elevated visibility.
Rechargeable & Cost-Efficient
Rechargeable operation eliminates the ongoing cost of replacement batteries and significantly reduces breakage rates compared to traditional police beacons.

Recharging Best Practice
To ensure safe and reliable operation of rechargeable LED lights:
- Remove units from service if impacted or showing signs of damage
- Only use factory-supplied charging accessories
- Do not exceed the recommended 3‑hour charging duration
- Use timed switches for added charging safety
- Do not recharge units showing signs of overheating (discolouration, heat, smoke, fumes)
- Charge only in attended areas
- Charge on a hard, non‑combustible surface away from flammable materials
